I've never seen anyone lease a website why did you do it?

• Because nobody else does it. 

• We lease them from two locations one in Pennsylvania and the other in Virginia. The reason for the two locations is so there's far less chance of any down time. If one goes down for any reason the other will be there. We found it was to our advantage to lease rather than buy as part of our contract is having 24/7/365 monitoring and support. Otherwise due to the cost of just maintaining them we couldn't afford to offer the price we do. 

How long does it take to get a website built?

• You'll have to be more specific than that for us to answer that question as it would depend on several factors such as how large of a website, how much detailing is involved and how busy we are at the time.
  

Are you a domain name provider or just a reseller?

• We're a reseller for GoDaddy.com we charge the same price as they do, we offer it just to make things easier for clients.

Someone told me that if I purchase a domain name for 10 years I own it for life?

• Someone doesn't know that your only renting the name you never own it outright for life.
