You no longer need a big budget to have a professionally designed website as we've come up with a way that most everyone can afford. And you don't need to do anything but read and respond to e-mails once the website is running.

We feel that the reason most people try to build their own websites is purely financial; they can't afford a professional to do it right for them. As with leasing a car we require a deposit ($100 to $500 depending on the package) with a guaranteed one year lease. The cost per month will depend on the size of the website.

Basic Package $100 deposit plus:
The first page would run $79 per month then add $9 per month for each additional page (a specialized link page we add to improve your Google ranking is at no additional cost). You must supply us with the text to be used but allowing us to modify it for search engine optimizing, spelling and grammar. It will remain as close to the original context as possible. The entire text per page should be around 200 words to 300 words in size. If your sell lots of different products or services we may need to categorize them so to use the least amount of pages. You'll be required also to supply pictures of the products or services unless you want to leave it to our judgment. So if you end up needing an 11 page website it would cost you $169 per month for the package. It takes anywhere between 3 days and 3 weeks depending of the size, amount of work and research we need to fully develop the website.

Commercial Package $200 deposit plus:
The first page would run $179 per month then add $19 per month for each additional page (a specialized link page we add to improve your Google ranking is at no additional cost). The major difference between this and the basic is your getting a fully integrated payment system to except all major credit cards along with bank drafts (online checking), you'll be included in the world's largest online shopping mall (over 6 million visitors per day) the website will be continuously updated for search engines and we will get you continuous one-way inbound only links to drive the websites rankings in all three major search engines (*the longer we work on it the higher the rankings will become) You must supply us with the text to be used but allowing us to modify it for search engine optimizing, spelling and grammar. Superman package deposit $500 plus:
Each page that has text $250 per month plus each page without text $19 per month. This is the complete turnkey website. We do everything but go to the bank for you. Each text page will be written by one of North America's top Internet Copy Writers-Gerry Black. Each text page will go through a minor modification weekly for search engines. Needed price changes to products or product text modifications included and completed ASAP. Monthly reports include information of number of visitors, top 10 pages visited on the website, entry and exist pages, how visitors came to the website and much more.

While leasing you do not have the right to the domain name or transferring or using a copy of the website elsewhere. After the year leasing term is up the domain name will be transferred to you for a fee of $8.95 which includes renewing the domain name for another year. From then on you'll be responsible for the domain name renewal fees of $8.95 per year. At the end of the year lease you and you alone will be granted license to use or transfer the website. Again the website will be for your use alone as these are copyrighted designs.
